Nice finca (old Spanish farm) on a 50.000 square meter plot with 4 studio-apartments and direct access to the beautiful lake "Guadalhorce" in El Arpa nearby Campillo and the surrounding of Antequera in Andalusia, province Malaga.
The 30 m ² large studio-apartments offer sufficiently place for 2 persons. The apartments are all similarly equipped. The one-room apartments are divided into four ranges: Sleep area with one double or two single beds, living area with a sofa, dining area with table and two chairs and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is separated from the other areas by a partition. Additionally there is a bathroom with shower.
Every apartment has it's own private 12m² terrace with 2 seats and view to the lake. Additionally you can use the community terrace and beautiful garden with sunchairs and cosy places.
The finca has direct access to the lake (approx. 150 m). You will find as well a little shop at the finca where you find a small selection of groceries, good wine, water and other things you might need for your first day. You can borrow as well maps and route prints, games, books and fishing rods or rent mountain bikes.
The finca is situated in the country side of the province Malaga. You can enjoy the beautiful nature and silence of Andalusia but on the other hand you will find as well a lot of leisure-time facilities. There are several marked walking paths across the fields and best possibilities for mountain climbing (El Choro). You have the option to do different water sports such as kayak or canoeing or paragliding and rappelling. The lake invites you for a swim or simply to relax. The finca is close to some cultural cities such as Granada, Cordoba, Malaga, Ronda or Seville and can be visited in one day. The coast can be attained in only 45 min. by car where you can feel the flair of the "Costa del Sol".
